UNIVERSITY AUDIT RESPONSIBILITY

University Audit and Advisory Services has a fact-finding role in investigations related to the misuse of University assets. These responsibilities are described in University policy ACD-123, Misuse of University Assets.

PROCEDURES FOR REPORTING SUSPECTED MISUSE OF UNIVERSITY ASSETS

We encourage members of the University community - faculty, staff, and students - that have concerns about improper activities that place University assets at risk to discuss their concerns with their supervisors, managers or department heads.

We understand that some individuals would prefer an alternative method of reporting such concerns that allows for anonymity. Therefore, concerns about potential fraud, waste, misuse of University assets and compliance with University policies and procedures can be reported anonymously through the University's Campus Safety and Compliance Hotline at 877.SUN.DEVL (877.786.3385).

The Hotline operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to respond to such concerns.
