Custodial Services is responsible for maintaining a clean environment within all buildings maintained by University Services including classrooms, common areas and offices.

DOOR ACCESS CONTROL & SURVELLIANCE

Add electronic access control to doors or security cameras with ISAAC (Integrated System for ASU Access Control)

ELECTRICAL SERVICES

Maintenance and repair of the University Electrical system

HVAC SERVICES

Maintenance and repair of all building heating and cooling systems

LOCK SERVICES

Repairs and maintains locks, repairs panic hardware, and makes keys (up to 3 per employee) at no charge

MECHANICAL SERVICES

Comprised of a composite crew which includes HVAC Mechanics Plumbers, Electricians, HVAC Service Workers and management staff

PAINT SERVICES

Responsible for regular and specially requested jobs or projects including painting, dry wall finishing and other miscellaneous services

PLUMBING SERVICES

Responsible for the maintenance and repair of plumbing systems and piping systems
