Cash Handling Training
Cash Handling – Depositing University Funds
Per FIN 307, those employees who handle cash as part of their regular duties, or who supervise said employees, are required to complete the appropriate training within three months of hire and every five years thereafter. The listing below indicates the employees who have taken Cash Handling training either through the live sessions offered in the past, or via the online training. This listing was compiled from HR/LPS records, old sign-in sheets, and from the online database of those who have completed both the tutorial and the accompanying test. Names were entered on the list as they appeared on the above sources – if it was misspelled or if your last name has changed since you last took the training, please check for variances and/or your previous name. This listing will be updated and published quarterly. It indicates the most recent date Financial Services has on file of your completing the training, along with the date when re-training is due. Once the tutorial and test have been completed online, there will be no need to track when you will need to take it again. A few months before the five year period is up, we will send you a reminder about re-training.
