HVAC Scheduling

A scheduling request may be submitted to us in one of the following ways: Requesting Information Required
  • Contact Name and Phone Number
  • Name of Chair or Dean Authorizing and Phone Number
  • Requesting Department
  • Dates and Times of Events - Indicate AM or PM
  • Building Name and Room Number
  • Type of Event and Number of Attendees

During our regular business hours (Weekdays 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday) we welcome your requests for service and general inquiries (i.e., work order scheduling, status and billing).

Request Process

  1. 24 hour notification required for HVAC scheduling Monday through Friday. Weekend requests no later than Noon on Friday.
  2. Requests must be authorized by Chair, Dean or designee of Department.
  3. Upon receipt of request, the Service Center will relay the information to the appropriate shop or service unit.
  4. A determination will be made the day the request is received and the department designee will be notified.
