Claim Facts

• 90 Day Rule - You have 90 days from time of incident, accident or discovery to turn in a loss form. After 90 days, you will not be able to submit a form.
  
  
• 1 Year Rule - There is one year from the time of incident, accident or date of discovery to complete repairs and submit all paperwork to complete the claim. After one year, the claim will be closed and payment will not be made.
