Campus Mail Codes

Use of the correct mail code will bring the following benefits to you:

  • More efficient and consistent mail service.
  • Greater accuracy and promptness in handling and delivery of campus mail.

Request a mail code - When a new department is created, a new mail code is assigned. If a current department relocates, a new mail code may need to be assigned because of the location change. University Mail Services will make the determination if a new mail code must be assigned once the mail code request form is completed and sent to us. There is a $37.50 per month charge for establishing any new mail code and providing mail sorting/delivery and forwarding of mail. Departments are not allowed to share a mail code, as it creates sorting/delivery problems if one or both entities relocate.

Mail Services is dedicated to providing you with the best service possible. The campus mail code directories below should make it easier and more convenient to locate the mail code that you need.
