Parking Permit Locations: Downtown Campus

Parking permits are available at all four campuses. Below is a list of parking locations available as well as pricing for the Downtown Phoenix Campus. Permits are valid from Aug. 16, 2009-Aug. 15, 2010, unless otherwise noted. Permits are sold at a prorated rate at the start of each month from Sept-July.

Heritage Square Garage $780 Available only to faculty/staff. 
Heritage Square Garage - Evening  $480  Available only to students. Valid only from 4-10 pm on weekdays.  
Nursing Healthcare Innovation Garage $780 Permits must be displayed at all times in this structure.  
University Center Garage  $780   
University Center Garage - Evening  $480   Valid only after 4 pm on weekdays. 
Employee All Access Disabled $780 Valid in any disabled space at any ASU campus. Call the PTS permit sales office for additional parking options. 
Student Disabled Permits  Varies  Call the PTS permit sales office for disabled permit options. 
East Garage - Employee $720 Available only to faculty/staff.
Downtown Phoenix (DP) Lots 1, 2 and 3  $600  Valid in DP 1, 2 and 3. 
Fillmore Lot  $600   
Westward Ho/PO Lot  $600   
Downtown Phoenix (DP) Lot 5  $280  Valid only in DP 5. 
Surface Motorcycle  $280  Valid in all surface motorcycle lots on any ASU campus. 
East Garage - Student  $210  Available only to non-residence hall students. Valid only 6am - 5pm weekdays. On various game days, Phoenix Convention Center staff will not allow permit holders to enter after 3pm. On these occasions, permit holders may park in any DP lot after 3pm.
Fall Semester-Only Commuter Permit Type/Location Price  Conditions 
These permits are intended for students who will be graduating in the fall and other students/employees who are certain they will no longer need a permit as of January 2010. Customers should be aware that purchasing a fall semester-only permit and then purchasing an annual permit at the prorated cost in the spring semester is more expensive than purchasing an annual permit at the start of the academic year. 
Nursing Healthcare Innovation Garage - Fall Semester   $420  Valid Aug 16 - Dec 31, 2009. Permits must be displayed at all times in this structure. No refunds after Sept 30, 2009. Not eligible for payroll deduction.  
University Center Garage - Fall Semester   $420  Valid Aug 16 - Dec 31, 2009. No refunds after Sept 30, 2009. Not eligible for payroll deduction.
McKinley Lot - Fall Semester $375  Valid Aug 16 - Dec 31, 2009. Permits must be displayed at all times. No refunds after Sept 30, 2009. Not eligible for payroll deduction.
Downtown Phoenix (DP) Lots 1, 2 and 3 - Fall Semester $325  Valid Aug 16 - Dec 31, 2009. Valid in DP 1, 2 and 3. No refunds after Sept 30, 2009. Not eligible for payroll deduction.
