ASUPD Special Events Contract This contract is for use with special events on campus which may require the use of law enforcement powers or resources.  Please submit completed contract to the Special Events Coordinator.  Fax completed form to 480.965.3612; interoffice to mail code 1812; drop off in-person at ASU Police. For more information contact Special Events Coordinator 480.965.6902.  Please note: Contracts must be submitted a minimum of THREE (3) business days before the event.

ASUPD Ride Along

Complete the form and fax to 480.965.3612.  A supervisor will call you to schedule the ride-along.  You will be required to sign the document when you arrive for the ride-along, please bring identification.

Guide to the Citizen Complaint  or Commendation Process

 This brochure explains the Police Department's commendation and complaint procedure.  Commendations and complaints may be reported to police supervisors on any of the ASU campuses.  You may call the ASU Police non-emergency (24/7) at 480.965.3456 and ask for the on-duty supervisor for assistance.
