Cash cannot be withdrawn from Sun Dollars accounts; however, refunds are available when you officially leave the university or upon criteria stated within the rules and responsibilities. Online Deposits

Add as little as $10 using your Visa or MasterCard online. You will need your 10-digit Sun Card ID number (1000XXXXXX), your name as it appears on your Sun Card, as well as your ASURITE and password.

Once you complete your transaction be sure to print out the electronic receipt or save a copy of it.  Remember to logout when you have completed your transaction. This will ensure that your information on the site is secure.

Cash-to-Card Deposits

Cash-to-card machines, or value transfer stations, are located at all four ASU campuses. There are a total of 12 stations that allow you to take cash, put it in the machine and add Sun Dollars to your Sun Card. You can also check your Sun Dollars balance or purchase a Canon copy card from the cash-to-card machine. The money you add through a cash-to-card machine uses real-time and is available immediately after receiving a receipt.

Tempe campus: Hassayampa Village, A-wing; Computing Commons; and in each of the libraries -- Hayden, Noble, Architecture, Law and Music

Mail/Fax Deposits

For those who prefer additional methods of payment other than online, you may mail or fax a Sun Card deposit. A deposit form must accompany payment.

In-Person Deposits

You are more than welcome to make a guest deposit in person. The Sun Card office is located inside the Union Station (downstairs) of the Memorial Union, and in ASU Bookstores locations at all campuses -- Downtown, Polytechnic and West. The office accepts cash, check, Visa or MasterCard.
